The olive oil obtained is stored in stainless steel tanks and maintained at a temperature between 15°C to 20°C.

When necessary, the oil is batched, filtered and bottled or canned in a continuous line, proper for this purpose, where the oil circulates in a closed circuit, with no contact with air.

All raw materials that come into contact with the oil comply with the Community Standards.

We offer different types of packaging from 250ml to 1lt bottle glass, 3LT and 5lt PET and a can of 500ml. The packages’ diversity that we offer to our customers demonstrate the versatility of solutions that Mathias can display.
